2. Spread it out well
3. Place the centimeter under the left armpit starting from the seam and measure up to the right armpit (always up to the seam)

- Shoulders:
1. Close the garment by buttoning it completely
2. Spread it out well
3. Turn your head with your shoulders facing up
4. Place the tape measure on the seam that joins the shoulder and sleeve, measure to the other end.
The measurement point is at the center of the sleeve seam (the shortest point between one shoulder and the other)

- Sleeve length
Start from the shoulder (the seam) to the bottom of the sleeve

- Chest length:
1 Turn your head
2 Position the centimeter where the seam under the neck is (the one that joins the neck to the garment)
