How do you buy?

1. Click on the product you like the most
2. Choose the size and color you need by clicking on it
3. Click the add to cart button a little further down
4. If you need anything else, proceed in the same way with the other products following steps 1 to 3
5. Once you have chosen everything, click on the icon in the top right that looks like a shopping bag
6. Everything you have added will open, click the "Check-out" button at the bottom right to continue
7. You have reached the payment and shipping page, here enter the details of where you want the package to be delivered, also enter the name on the intercom and any instructions to make the courier understand if it is being delivered to a company
8. Choose the payment method between: bank transfer, card or cash on delivery (among card payments, Google Pay or Apple Pay are also available)
9. Click on "pay now" and wait for the complete execution, you will receive an email confirming the purchase and a screen will appear that also certifies it on the site.
10. Receive the package at your home within 48 hours

How can I pay?

1. Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay
2. Wire transfer
3. Cash on delivery (payment in cash on delivery)

As  choose  the right size?

1. Under all items there is a size guide section, compare the measurements with an item from the same category that you already have and that fits you well
2. If you still need help, write to us and we will help you.

What if it doesn't work or I don't like it?

If the item you received is not right or you don't like it, all you have to do is write to us, you can continue with:

• Size/Color/Item Change
• Made  total  with  store credit in exchange
• Refund by bank transfer

How to proceed with a return?

2. Choose whether you want to exchange or receive the voucher or refund
3. Fill out the return form that will be sent to you
4. Close the package and ship it *with us or on your own
5. You will receive  as agreed after the return received at our office

  How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs €3 for all of Italy including islands. For orders over €100 shipping is free. *for all orders paid by card or bank transfer

If you wish to pay on delivery, shipping costs €8 which includes the cost of cash on delivery due to the courier. You can pay on delivery for all items except those in the "dresses and jackets" collection or in any case it will be limited to a maximum of €300 per order

If for any reason the permit is refused, it will no longer be granted.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once the order is received, we will prepare it immediately, the courier will come  from Monday to Friday  at 4pm, we prepare all orders within 1 hour of receiving them and deliver them to the first available collection.

From the moment the courier takes charge of the package, it will be delivered within 24/48 hours,  working hours on the peninsula and 48/72 for the islands or disadvantaged areas.

Couriers do not deliver or collect on Saturday and Sunday.

How can I track my order?
