SHIPPING
Fast shipping services. We ship within 24/48 business hours (travel time declared by BRT, this may vary if the destination is an island, a disadvantaged area, or if it is a particularly busy time of year) from the moment of purchase. Orders placed before 3:00 PM are shipped on the same day. Shipping cost is fixed at €4 for home delivery and €3 for collection points, throughout Italy, excluding minor islands, for which the cost is €8 (delivery times for islands and more remote areas may take an additional 24 hours). Free shipping for orders over €100 or €3 for minor islands. Couriers do not make pickups or deliveries on holidays and pre-holidays; please take this into account to understand when your ordered package may arrive.

Cash-on-delivery shipping requires cash payment upon delivery, costs €8 for orders up to €100 and €4 for orders up to €300. The limit for cash-on-delivery payments is set at €300. However, the purchase of some products such as gift cards or clothing does not allow cash on delivery. To request it, you must accept and pay the courier every time cash on delivery is requested. Customers who have refused a cash-on-delivery package will be denied cash on delivery for future orders.

For minor islands and all other European countries outside of Italy, only prepaid shipping is available.

RETURN POLICY - SATISFIED OR REFUNDED

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return one or more items.

Conditions:

  • products must not have been used, washed and/or damaged;
  • products must be returned including labels and packaging;
  • products must be sent in a single shipment.

Perfumes can only be returned with the original box intact and free of defects. For hygienic reasons, they must have the intact guarantee seal on the cap. To try a perfume before being sure of the purchase, we recommend purchasing the sample box.

  1. Once your package is received, it will be processed within 24 hours, during which we will fulfill your request.
  2. To activate the return procedure, simply write to us on WhatsApp or send us an email to info@threebrothers.it
  3. Choose from the 3 available options:
  • Size change;
  • Item change;
  • Voucher without limits;
  • Refund to bank account;

Contact us by email or WhatsApp to receive the forms and necessary information to proceed or continue reading the page. An exchange cannot be refunded.

COSTS: Costs vary depending on the service requested. The services and their respective prices are as follows;

  • Refund: With return shipment handled by our courier = €5 deducted from the value of the returned goods
  • Voucher without expiry: With return shipment handled by our courier = €0, a voucher for the value of the returned goods will be created
  • Exchange with additional items: With outward and return shipment handled by our courier = €3 (Payable only by card or bank transfer)
  • Size or item exchange: With outward and return shipment handled by our courier = €6 (Payable only by card or bank transfer)

If you do not wish to pay for shipping in cash or do not wish to use our courier for personal reasons, you may arrange to send us the goods (freight prepaid, we do not accept freight collect packages) to the following address:

Before proceeding with shipping, it is always required to contact our customer service to receive the return form to be included in the package. No returns will be accepted without the corresponding form.

METHOD: Always contact us before making any choice. You can choose to send everything via our courier and pay us for the shipment (except in the case of a refund). You can also decide to ship everything via another courier, arranging it yourself, in which case you will not have to pay us anything. Any choice must be communicated to us on WhatsApp. If there are changes to be made to the choice, this must always be communicated via WhatsApp before the package arrives. Once the return package is received, it is not possible to change the choice. After an exchange, it is not possible to return for a refund, only for another exchange or an unlimited voucher. The same order cannot be refunded twice.

PRICE REFUND: Right of withdrawal art. 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/05; to access the refund, contact us, we will send you the form to fill out, close the package, and send everything to Via olivastro spaventola, 8 - Formia 04023 LT - presso Vittoria. Upon receipt of the return, you will receive a refund for the cost of the goods with the deduction of shipping costs where applicable. You will be refunded via the payment method used for the purchase. However, it should be noted that:

  • Goods must be complete in all their parts (tags, labels, decorations, etc.)
  • They must not be used or washed in any way; any type of washing voids the right of withdrawal

  • No more than 14 days must have passed since the receipt of the ordered goods

It is not possible to request a refund for perfumes, watches, belts, underwear, and ties.

Orders containing payment with a voucher receive credit to the same first.

Depending on the country where you live, the time required for the replacement product to be delivered may vary.

Please Note: The customer will be responsible for the return and its contents until receipt by our warehouse. We are not responsible for shipments lost/damaged by couriers chosen by customers. Make sure to properly close and package the item. Before shipping anything, contact us. Packages that arrive unidentifiable or without all the required documents, such as the provided form, will automatically receive an unlimited voucher.

Outbound shipping is not refundable. If, after subtracting the returned merchandise, an order originally over one hundred euros falls below one hundred euros, the right to free shipping on the initial order is lost, and the shipping cost is deducted from the order, with a value of €3 for advance payment or an additional €4 for cash on delivery.

Items with "2 for €X" promotions have discounts that are understood to be equally divided among the items in the promotion. For example, in the "2 for €30" promotion, each item will be €15. However, if only one item is returned, the promotion privilege is lost, and the remaining item, if not refunded, will revert to its full price (other costs to be understood separately).

Minor islands have increased shipping costs. If a customer requests exchanges, returns, or refunds of any kind or nature, we will need to request a quote from national couriers and provide the best solution.

Non-iron or no-iron products have particular characteristics that require careful handling; improper treatment can nullify the non-iron feature. Tumble dryers, specific washing machines, spinning, inappropriate washes or products can be the cause. After washing and/or use, we are no longer responsible for how the fabric may react to the treatment performed, therefore it is not possible to request a refund for the garment after washing or use.

For all EU countries outside Italy, returns or refunds are possible within 14 days of receiving the package. A prepaid label is not provided inside the package; however, you can contact our customer service to arrange the return conveniently. The price may vary depending on the destination country (valid only for EU countries outside Italy). Even if the order is above the free shipping threshold, if it falls below that threshold after a return and refund, the initial shipping cost will also be deducted.

ORDER CANCELLATION

It is possible to request an order cancellation before shipment.
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible via email or WhatsApp, stating your order number.

  • If the order has not yet been shipped, we will proceed with a full refund.

  • If the order has already been shipped, you will need to wait for delivery and then request a return. If the customer refuses delivery to the courier, without following the instructions, any shipping, storage, and return-to-sender costs will be borne by the customer before a refund is issued.

Digital vouchers are not valid for the physical store. It is possible to return goods in-store but only for exchanges; the refund procedure still involves a bank transfer and not a cash refund at the point of sale.
