SHIPPING
Fast shipping services. We ship within 24/48 working hours (travel time declared by BRT, this may vary if the destination is an island, a remote area or if it is a particularly busy period of the year) from the moment of purchase, orders placed before 3:00 pm will be shipped the same day, shipping costs are set at €3 for all of Italy including the islands (delivery times to the islands and more remote areas may take 24 hours more). Free shipping over €100. Couriers do not collect or ship on holidays and the days before holidays, please take this into account to understand when the ordered package can arrive.
Shipping with cash on delivery requires payment in cash on delivery, costs €8 up to €100 and €3 up to €300. The limit threshold for payments on delivery is set at €300. However, the purchase of some products such as gift vouchers or clothes do not require cash on delivery. To request it, you must accept and pay the courier each time you request cash on delivery. Customers who have refused a package with cash on delivery will be for future orders the permit was denied.
For the smaller islands and for all other European countries outside of Italy, only shipping with advance payment is foreseen.

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return one or more items.
Conditions:
- the products must not have been used, washed and/or damaged;
- products must be returned complete with labels and packaging;
- Products must be sent in a single shipment.
- Once we receive your package, it will be processed within 24 hours in which we will satisfy your request.

- Change size ;
- Change item ;
- Unlimited goodness ;
- Reimbursement on the bank account;

COSTS: Costs vary depending on the service requested, the services and related prices are as follows;
- Reimbursement: With return shipment taken care of by our courier = €4 deducted from the value of the returned goods
- Voucher without expiration: With return shipment taken care of by our courier = €0, a voucher will be created for the value of the returned goods
- Change with addition of extra items: With return shipping taken care of by our courier = €3 ( Payable only by card or bank transfer payment method)
- Size or item exchange: With return shipping taken care of by our courier = €6 (Payable only with card or bank transfer payment method)
In case you do not want to pay for shipping in cash or in any case you do not want to use our courier for personal reasons, you can arrange to send us the goods (free of charge, we do not accept parcels with carriage forward) to the following address:

Before proceeding with the shipment, it is always required to contact our customer service to receive the return form to be included in the package, no return will be accepted without the corresponding form.
MODALITY: Always contact us before any choice. You can choose to send everything via our courier and pay for the shipping to us (except in case of refund). You can also decide to send everything via another courier by organizing it yourself, in this case you will not have to pay us anything.
PRICE REFUND: Right to rethinking art. 52 and following of Legislative Decree 206/05; to access the refund contact us, we will send you the form to fill out, close the package, send everything to the address Via olivastro spaventola, 8 - Formia 04023 LT - at Vittoria. Subsequently you will receive a full refund including the shipping price paid at the time of purchase. Depending on the country you live in, the time it takes for your replacement product to arrive may vary.
Please note: The customer will be responsible for the return and its contents until it is received by our warehouse. We are not responsible for lost/damaged shipments by the couriers chosen by the customers. Make sure to close the package well and place it in the packaging correctly.

The smaller islands have higher costs for shipping. When a customer requests changes, returns or refunds of any type or nature, we will have to request a quote from the national couriers and provide the best solution.
For all EU countries outside of Italy, returns or refunds are provided within 14 days of receiving the package. There is no prepaid label inside the package, in which case, you can still contact our customer service to organize the return in complete comfort. The price may vary depending on the country of destination (valid only for EU countries outside of Italy)

Digital vouchers are not valid for the physical store, it is possible to return the goods in store but only for any changes, the refund procedure still follows a bank transfer and not a cash refund inside the store
